What you will do

Speak with suitable business owners, understand their website needs, present a relevant demo, follow up and record sales activity accurately. No coding is required. This is a website sales role, not a real-estate agent position.

Compensation

Commission only. Proposed commission is USD 500 for each eligible, paid and verified USD 1,000 website setup sale, subject to written seller terms. There is no base salary, hourly wage or guaranteed income. Monthly subscriptions do not generate seller commissions under the current offer. No application fee, required purchase or compensation for recruiting other sellers.

The product and support

The customer offer is USD 1,000 setup plus USD 99/month website care starting at launch. Nextation prepares the product, tools, prospect research, demos and website fulfillment. Access to prospects and tools follows activation.

Who can apply

This role is fully remote within the United States. You need clear professional communication in English, Spanish or both, reliable follow-up and basic online skills. No degree or prior sales experience is required. Sales, real estate or customer-service experience is helpful. People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply.

Working arrangement

The intended arrangement is independent contracting, with flexible availability rather than a fixed shift. You should be available for conversations with US business owners. The appropriate engagement and location eligibility must be confirmed before activation; submitting an application does not create an employment or contractor agreement.

From application to first selling action

The initial onboarding target is 10 sellers. Applications are reviewed in stages. Before any live selling: confirm eligibility, accept written terms, complete training and a practice demo, receive approved prospects and confirm dedicated Nextation payment readiness. Immediate activation, leads and earnings are not guaranteed.
